I, Saurav Kaushik from India, wanted to create a brand that blends emotion and form — where art doesn’t just sit on a shelf, but changes how a space feels. That’s why every design at Aura Works is built with an “aura” in mind — a feeling that flows through color, texture, and shape.

💻 The Digital Sculpting Stage

Before a sculpture becomes real, it exists in pixels.
Using digital sculpting tools like ZBrush and Blender, I create each curve, fold, and fine detail by hand — just digitally.

Here, anatomy, proportion, and design flow matter as much as emotion. I experiment with different angles, light, and silhouettes to see how the sculpture will look in a real home — calm, balanced, and powerful.

This is where 3D artistry meets décor design.
A virtual model is refined for hours, sometimes days, until it’s perfectly balanced — artistically and physically.

🧪 From Screen to Sculpture: 3D Printing & Casting

Once the digital model is complete, it’s time for 3D printing or mold creation.
The first prototype gives a tangible feel — a test of how light hits the curves, how shadows form on the surface, and whether the piece carries the intended aura.

We use premium resin materials, carefully chosen for their strength, fine detail capture, and smooth finish.
Each sculpture is then cast, sanded, and polished by hand, ensuring no imperfection remains.

Every sculpture goes through a hand-painting and finishing process, using rich metallic tones or minimalist mattes.
